On top of that, the intersection of gender identity and sexual identity, as well as any other marginalized identity, often creates more possibility for conflict in spaces that are cis, straight, and White male led or driven.
Non-profit organizations have a lot of the same problems as for profit enterprises, and there are often unique workplace differences that are overlooked when supporting people who are working in a mission driven, values based non-profit environment that holds toxicity.
